As you approach Chambers Pillar, it is like entering wonderland as we are surrounded by ancient castle like structures dominating the landscape. Here you will stop in the beautiful, shaded camp area for lunch. Time now for Rainbow Valley via four-wheel drive tracks, cross the Hugh River again before Rainbow Valley for the late afternoon. Return to Alice Springs via the Stuart Hwy through rugged mountain landscapes, or to Uluru if part of extended tour.
