Explore wide open spaces and colourful coastlines as you cast a line in the Bluewater and reef fishing chase.

The Northern Territory coastline is home to king tides, an abundance of marine life, sheltered coves and colourful beaches. Darwin Harbour stretches out over a turquoise ocean and leads on to the Tiwi Islands and the Dundee coast. The quality of Bluewater fishing is exciting, with longtail tuna and Spanish mackerel throughout the dry season and sailfish and marlin in the tropical summer.

Further to the east is one of Australia’s last true wildernesses, Arnhem Land. The coastline changes from rugged headlands and coral reefs to crystal clear and white sand beaches. Home to some of the best game and sports fishing in Australia, anglers can reel in marlin and sailfish on the coast or Barramundi closer in the tidal estuaries.
