Stay a while with us and embrace a nomadic lifestyle, join our Campground Host team!

You can pull up your trailer and settle into some of the most beautiful and remote areas of Australia. Explore ancient landscapes in Central Australia, take a dip in crystal clear pools in the Top End, or fish in some of the wildest rivers in Australia.

The Campground Host role varies depending on location, but wherever it is, you’ll be providing invaluable assistance to our Park Rangers as the "eyes and ears" of the campground to ensure visitors have a safe and enjoyable time.

In exchange for free camping, you’ll spend a few hours each day completing tasks:

• greeting guests and helping them find their campsite

• providing information about the park and the local area

• doing routine maintenance and making sure campsite is clean and tidy

• liaising with park rangers regarding site conditions, facilities and any issues

Outside of that, you’ll have plenty of time to explore the park and get to know it like a local!

The program is seasonal (May – September) when it's cool and dry. Placements at each park are 3 weeks minimum.

You'll have the flexibility to choose from a range of parks and dates that suit your availability, so you can tailor your experience to your needs.
